Career Move

On September 4, 2012, I will begin a new chapter in my career as I join the Ann Arbor, Michigan, law firm of Pear, Sperling, Eggan & Daniels, P.C. I will still be focusing in family law (divorce & custody), estate planning (wills & trusts), and probate (estates, guardianships & conservatorships). While I will miss the team at Fausone Bohn, LLP and 18th District Court in Westland, I am excited to be joining such a wonderful firm.

I am a trial attorney, certified collaborative divorce attorney, and certified mediator in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I focus solely in family law, and assist my clients with traditional litigation, negotiated settlements, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative divorce.

I help families with their issues in areas of divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, and property division, along with post-judgment issues that arise in those areas. I do this through different processes for divorce such as traditional litigation, negotiated settlements, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative divorce. I also assist with prenuptial agreements, or agreements regarding property prior to getting married.

I am dedicated to educating my clients about issues in family law, and committed to empowering them to make the best decisions they can for their families.
